Personal training

Our certified personal trainer(s) will create a customized program to fit your needs. We will motivate you and hold you accountable to reach your goals and set new ones! You will begin by completing an intake questionnaire, so that our fitness coach can learn about your physical health needs. Your fitness coach will then plan and supervise workout regimens, coaching you on your form during exercise and tracking fitness and performance goals over time. We offer 30 minute and one hour sessions, with a minimum requirement that you meet with your coach twice weekly. All sessions are offered virtually at this time.
